Job Description
Altaira is seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.

What you'll do:
n
Deliver high-quality care in line with care plans, policies, and ANMC standards
n
Provide personal care and support to meet residents' physical, emotional, and environmental needs
n
Administer medications safely and in accordance with scope of practice
n
Follow direction of Registered Nurses and elevate clinical concerns appropriately
n
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
n
Communicate clinical updates clearly and confidentially to relevant stakeholders
n
Practise within scope, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies and procedures
n
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development
n
Provide supervision and guidance to staff, volunteers, and students as required
n
Support induction of current and agency staff
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
n
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
n
Report incidents promptly in line with reporting requirements
n
Act as senior staff member on shift when required, including responding to emergencies
n
Follow Quality Management and Work Health & Safety policies and procedures
n
Identify and report workplace hazards to maintain a safe environment
n
Uphold strict privacy and confidentiality standards at all times
n
Undertake additional duties as required within scope of role.
n
Current AHPRA registration with no conditions
n
National Police Clearance
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
First Aid Certificate / CPR
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
n
