What You'll Be Responsible For

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead and oversee:

- Development and execution of strategic marketing plans
- Brand positioning, storytelling and campaign delivery
- Digital marketing, SEO, SEM and paid media performance
- Customer acquisition and direct booking growth initiatives




- Revenue-focused marketing campaigns aligned to occupancy and yield targets
- CRM strategy, marketing automation and guest engagement
- Tourism package development and promotional campaigns
- Content marketing and social media strategy
- Industry partnerships and destination marketing opportunities
- Marketing budgets, ROI reporting and performance analysis
- Agency, supplier and stakeholder management

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who understands how effective marketing drives business performance.

You know how to translate insights, market trends and performance data into campaigns that deliver tangible results. You're collaborative, influential and equally comfortable discussing brand strategy, customer acquisition or revenue targets.

You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, resorts, travel or destination marketing
- Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of demand generation, revenue management and commercial performance
- Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, social media and customer journeys
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- A data-driven, analytical and results-focused approach
- Experience managing multiple priorities within a complex business environment
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Tourism or Hospitality Management
