About the Role

You’ll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

- acquisitions and disposals
- commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- property development and subdivisions
- due diligence and complex advisory work
- supporting commercial transactions with property components

You’ll have the opportunity to run your own matters, work closely with senior practitioners and contribute to a collaborative, low‑ego team, through:

- Managing your own property files end‑to‑end
- Drafting and negotiating high‑quality contracts, leases and related documents




- Advising clients across a range of commercial property issues
- Working with developers, landlords, tenants, SMEs and private clients
- Supporting broader commercial matters where property expertise is needed
- Contributing to a positive, team‑focused environment

About You

You will ideally have:

- 5+ years PAE in commercial property
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Confidence running matters independently
- A warm, skilled communication style
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A genuine interest in a CBD boutique practice and long‑term client relationships
