We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to recruit a Solution Lead Learning to join their Workforce Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems, you'll play a key role in leading learning solution design, configuration guidance, support and continuous improvement across critical learning and workforce platforms.

This role sits within a up-to-date, product-led technology environment and will see you working across business stakeholders, technology teams and strategic partners to deliver reliable, secure and effective technology outcomes. You'll help ensure services remain aligned to business priorities while driving governance, operational excellence and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support learning technology solutions across assigned platforms and services.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions and outcomes.
- Support the design, configuration and ongoing enhancement of learning systems.
- Coordinate incidents, problems, changes and delivery activities across the platform environment.
- Support testing, releases, cutovers and service transition activities.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, reporting and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, risk and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardisation and supportability across platforms.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders,



suppliers and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a combination of learning technology expertise, stakeholder management skills and experience operating within complex enterprise environments.

You'll ideally have:

- 7+ years' experience in technology, digital services, applications, operations or a related domain.
- Experience supporting learning systems, workforce systems or enterprise applications.
- Robust understanding of enterprise application services and service management practices.
- Experience with change, release, incident and problem management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Experience working with internal business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Desirable

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience.
- Relevant certifications in learning technologies, project delivery, service management or technology governance.
