We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join an established business in Thomastown. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, staying active throughout the day and being part of a busy factory setting. You’ll assist with general site maintenance, manufacturing duties, cleaning and supporting the production team when required.

Responsibilities will include:

- Building and modifying custom pallets as required
- Stacking and breaking down pallets
- Managing recycling, including steel pallets, poly and PVC materials
- Maintaining the warehouse and keeping the driveway, walkways and surrounding areas free of rubbish
- Completing general cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Assisting the production team with ad hoc tasks and providing an extra set of hands when required

We’re looking for someone who has:





- Previous manufacturing, factory, warehouse or labouring experience
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Ability to perform regular manual handling and physical duties
- Previous experience using basic hand tools is advantageous
