Troocoo is partnering with an innovative technology business, headquartered in Brisbane, to appoint an experienced and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager.

The business has experienced exceptional outcomes given its unique
proposition in the market; however, they are now entering the next exciting phase of growth. With an evolving technology platform, offering new products in market, this position will play a key role in driving brand awareness in market, continually building presence with current and potential customers.

About the Role:
This role offers genuine ownership of the marketing function, with full responsibility for shaping the strategy as well as delivering on the day-to-day marketing outcomes that support lead generation, business growth, customer engagement, and brand equity in market. Bringing energy, drive, innovation, and an ability to embrace emerging technology and AI usage, this is a role that will play into your entrepreneurial style and drive to achieve tangible outcomes for a business.

Operating as a standalone marketing role, the position will have a high level of autonomy across both strategy and execution, with AI, automation and digital tools playing an important role in improving efficiency and increasing marketing output.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the marketing and go-to-market strategy aligned to broader business priorities.
- Use AI and emerging technology across content, campaigns, SEO, research and marketing workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of execution.
- Lead new product and feature launches, including positioning, messaging and supporting campaigns.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, paid and organic digital, SEO and other relevant channels.
- Own the content strategy, creating content that strengthens market presence, credibility and lead generation.
- Manage website content, landing pages, CRM, marketing automation and nurture activity to support conversion.
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve lead quality,



build pipeline and connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.

About You:
You are an ambitious and motivated marketer who is energised by growth and the opportunity to own the deliverables. You enjoy creating bringing new ideas and solutions to the table seeing the results of your work within a fast-paced and energetic environment. Importantly, you have a genuine interest in AI and emerging technology and how these tools can continue to evolve the way marketing is delivered.

You will bring:

- 5+ years’ experience across SaaS, technology, growth, digital or product marketing within a hands-on B2B setting.
- Proven experience using AI tools across content, campaigns, SEO, research and marketing workflows.
- Hands-on capability across HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation, CMS, landing pages, analytics and content creation tools.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and successfully launching new products or features.
- A commercial understanding of lead generation, conversion and marketing’s contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent content, copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to communicate complex products clearly.
- Confidence using marketing and website data to measure performance and inform decisions.
