Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, your responsibilities may include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Providing a high level of customer service and support
- Resolving customer queries and handling complaints professionally
- Processing customer orders, requests and transactions
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
- Providing product or service information to customers




- Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Using CRM systems and other relevant computer programs

About You

We are looking for customer service professionals who:

- Have previous customer service, call centre, administration or retail experience
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Have strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Are organised, reliable and have great attention to detail
- Have a positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Are confident using computer systems and learning new technology
- Can work independently while also being a strong team player
- Are professional, adaptable and keen to learn
