Trust Medical Recruitment is seeking a Practice Registered Nurse to join a supportive multidisciplinary primary healthcare team in Toowoomba, QLD. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours—no weekends or shift work.

This role is ideal for both experienced Registered Nurses and Graduate Registered Nurses looking to build a rewarding career in primary healthcare. You will work alongside General Practitioners, Aboriginal Health Workers, and Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, culturally protected, and person-centred care while contributing to improved health outcomes within the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality primary healthcare and treatment room services
- Support chronic disease management, preventative health, immunisations, and care planning
- Conduct health assessments, recalls, and follow-up care




- Promote health education and community wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements Essential

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in primary care, general practice, community health, or willingness to develop in primary healthcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to culturally safe and person-centred care
- Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification

Desirable

- Nurse Immuniser qualification
- Experience in chronic disease management and care planning
- Phlebotomy skills
- Experience with Best Practice or similar clinical software
- Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service or multidisciplinary healthcare setting
