Your opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operational performance, maintenance and presentation of a premium office asset.

In this role, you'll ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and high-performing while delivering exceptional experiences for customers and tenants. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and service partners to drive operational excellence, manage risk and support the ongoing success of the assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Managing the day-to-day operation, maintenance and presentation of the assets.

Monitoring operational and capital expenditure budgets and supporting asset planning.

Managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs.

Supporting risk, compliance and safety initiatives, including Fire Safety compliance requirements.

Coordinating operational projects and minor capital works.

Conducting inspections of plant and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance.





Responding to critical service issues and minimising impacts to customers and tenants.

Your point of difference

You are a proactive facilities professional who combines strong technical capability with a customer-focused mindset.

You will bring:

5+ years' experience in facilities management.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Experience managing contractors, service agreements and building services.

Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, WHS and compliance requirements.

Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.

Practical experience with Building Management and Control Systems (BMCS).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A collaborative approach, leadership capability and a continuous improvement mindset.

Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
