With a strong focus on innovation, service delivery and continuous improvement, this organisation is seeking an experienced Portfolio Delivery Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, operational excellence and business outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
Your new role
As the Portfolio Delivery Analyst, you will play a pivotal role supporting portfolio performance, governance, continuous improvement and business delivery activities. Working across both project and operational environments, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, manage risks, strengthen processes and support effective decision-making.
This is a varied role that offers exposure across business analysis, process improvement, change control, data quality, risk management and portfolio governance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting change control activities, including assessing impacts, managing change requests and ensuring governance processes are followed.
- Investigating operational issues and contributing to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting data governance and data quality activities through validation, monitoring and reporting.
- Assisting with audits, quality assurance reviews and compliance activities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining business process documentation, models and operational procedures.
- Supporting feasibility assessments, options analysis and business case development.
- Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements for operational and project initiatives.




- Producing business models, process maps and analytical artefacts to support informed decision-making.
- Assisting with risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting activities.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to positive business outcomes across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a robust analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience supporting delivery, governance or business improvement activities within a complex environment.
You will demonstrate:

- Experience in a Portfolio Analyst, Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar role.
- Strong business process improvement and process mapping experience.
- Exposure to change control, risk management and issue resolution activities.
- Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
- Knowledge of governance, quality assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with data quality, reporting or data management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
