This is an opportunity to join a highly visible programme supporting critical business services across a diverse stakeholder group.
Your new role
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise-wide service delivery and business process improvement.You will be responsible for:

- Developing and configuring solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Working across modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management
- Building integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Supporting workflow automation, platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow development
- Robust JavaScript and workflow automation capability
- Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow integrations and APIs
- Knowledge of enterprise service management best practice
- ServiceNow certifications highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within large and complex enterprise environments
