* Degree qualified or skilled certifications in technical writing, digital communication, information design, or equivalent.

* Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.

Source control such as Azure DevOps or GitHub

* MS Office templates, automation, and styles.

* Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Agile Team Leadership

Event-Driven Architecture

API Gateway Design

DevOps Automation Practices

Agile Team Leadership

Minimum Years of Experience: 1+ yrs

Certifications Needed: NA

Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.

* Aptitude for understanding new technologies, acquiring new skills, document design and information architecture.

* Plain English principles.
