About the Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our North / West Territory through new business acquisition, relationship management and specification sales.
This is a fantastic chance for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer partnerships, identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and margin targets
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with builders, customers and key stakeholders
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Provide product, technical and design solutions to customers
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
About You
- Proven sales success with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Building industry experience is essential
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation and consultative selling
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
