Role Highlights

- Assistant Principal - Teaching & Learning

- Be a part of a well-established and nurturing executive leadership team

- Report directly to the Principal

- Providing strategic leadership in curriculum, learning, teaching and professional growth

- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the College's teaching and learning priorities, curriculum innovation and sustainable whole-school improvement

- Build leadership capacity, inspire and support staff to continually refine their practice through learning, professional growth and shared accountability

- Demonstrate an understanding of evidence-informed pedagogy

- 3 year tenure with teaching load attached

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)

- Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)

- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain)
