Lead your own crew on long-term council contracts across Moreton Bay & Logan.

What you get

$37.50–$45/hr + super - top of band for the right operator

Secure full time work on multi-year council contracts

Your own late-model Mitsubishi Triton, gear, PPE, uniforms

We pay for your tickets (ACDC/ChemCert, chainsaw, First Aid, 4WD, load restraint, excavator, skid steer)

n

Real autonomy, small crews of 2–4, and room to earn more (extra crews, contract oversight, auditing, training)

What you'll do

n

Lead a crew of 2–4 and plan/allocate the work

n

Site records, audits and reporting

n

Liaise with council officers and superintendents

n

Mentor your crew through their tickets

n

What we need

n

Bush regen/natural area management experience including crew leadership

n

Driver's licence + White Card

n

ACDC or ChemCert

n

SEQ weed ID and confident client/council comms

n

Highly regarded: Cert III/IV Conservation & Land Management, SEQ Ecological Restoration Framework, chainsaw L1/L2, First Aid/CPR, 4WD + load restraint, excavator/skid steer, AABR, truck licence.
