With a complex, multi-site operation and an ongoing focus on growth, innovation and continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business where Finance plays a genuine role in supporting the wider organisation.

You'll be joining a collaborative finance team during an exciting period of investment in people, systems and processes, with the chance to broaden your accounting skill set, gain hands-on systems exposure and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

The Role

n

In this Accountant position, you'll have exposure across financial reporting, commercial operations, systems and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to develop quickly and build a well-rounded accounting career.

- Take ownership of monthly financial reporting, expense analysis and statutory reporting.
n
- Manage GL and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
n
- Gain exposure to capital expenditure,



fixed assets and operational finance across multiple sites.
n
- Prepare ABS reporting and support a range of finance and business initiatives.
n
- Become a key user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting users, troubleshooting issues and assisting with new module implementations.
n
- Work alongside the wider finance team on audits, Treasury, Group Accounting and ad-hoc commercial projects.

Your Profile

n

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded accountant who is keen to learn, take ownership and develop their career within a successful organisation.

- Strong accounting fundamentals with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Dynamics 365 Business Central experience highly desirable.
n
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in systems and process improvement.
n
- Currently studying towards or recently completed CA/CPA.
n
- Someone who is keen to take on responsibility and build their career beyond traditional transactional accounting.
