- Predictable 8-Hour Roster: Consistent schedules and outstanding balance on an alternating 2-week rotation:
- Week A (Day Shift): 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week B (Afternoon Shift): 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Technical Growth: Expand your trade skills working hands-on with PLCs, SCADA, databases and modern plant automation systems.
- Clean & Secure Environment: Work alongside a supportive & cooperative engineering team

Duties:

- Breakdown & Diagnostics: Rapidly troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns on active manufacturing machinery, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics to minimise plant downtime.
- Automation & Controls: Fault-find and interact with PLC systems, SCADA
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct monthly safety inspections, lead tagging, system calibrations, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Cross-Trade Support: Work closely with Mechanical Fitters to assist in repair, rebuilds and equipment recommissioning.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on continuous improvement projects, plant automation upgrades and safety risk assessments.

Skills & Experience:

- Licensing: Current Unrestricted NSW Electrical Licence (Essential).
- Industrial Experience: Proven background in an industrial,



manufacturing or heavy plant environment
- Technical Capability: Demonstrated ability to read complex electrical schematics and troubleshoot PLCs, motor control systems, and automated plant machinery.
