Raine & Horne Cabramatta is currently looking for a Full Time Property Manager to join the growing and busy property management department. This position requires a self-driven personality with a mature approach that is highly organised, motivated, well spoken, and well presented that is able to work autonomously and within a fast-paced team environment. The candidate which we are seeking:
Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
Have great communication skills
Be superbly organised and work to a deadline
Have a positive and can-do attitude
Have great people and paperwork skills
Bilingual (English with Vietnamese or Chinese )
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Leasing of rental properties
Assistance with repairs and maintenance
Inspection reports
Regular inspections and open homes
Assisting property managers and the team
Skills & Attributes required:
Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential
Highly motivated individual with a robust work ethic
Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Strong professional presentation
Full NSW Drivers License
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
License:
1. Driver’s License ( Required )
2. Real Estate Certificate of Registration ( Required )
