Who We Are Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty is a luxury, nurse-led clinic known for advanced treatments, refined results, and a deeply client-focused approach to skin and beauty — built on 13+ years of aesthetic nursing experience.

We have two strong arms under the Lilly Umbrella so far: Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty (the clinic), and Lilly Aesthetic Academy (our education arm, training the next generation of nurses and therapists).

We're a close-knit, multidisciplinary crew — nurses, beauty therapists, doctors, energetic healers, and a front-of-house lead who also does energy healing and massage (yes, really — we told you we're not like the others).

The Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our treatment team on a casual basis — someone who already brings a strong professional standard and enjoys being surrounded by others who hold themselves to one too. You'll work alongside our Senior RN, our Beauty & Wellness Team, and our Clinic Owner (Lauren — Expert Cosmetic Injector and Director) directly — with real, tangible pathways to more responsibility, more shifts, and a genuine long-term home at Lilly.





What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Advanced, results-focused facials and skin treatments across all Fitzpatrick levels
- Microdermabrasion, jelly masks, and LED light therapy
- Relaxing, results-driven facial and body massage
- Waxing, lash, and brow services, done to a premium standard
- Confident client consultations and personalised treatment planning
- Educating clients on skin health and home care — you don't just perform the treatment, you help them understand it
- Maintaining impeccable treatment standards, consent documentation, and clinic presentation
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with reception, nurses, and the wider team to keep clinic days flowing
- Getting involved in team huddles, training sessions, and case chats
- Showing up for the team on big, busy clinic days — and having them show up for you

Who This Role Is Perfect For

- Essential requirements:
- Minimum 6 months industry experience
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Certificate IV considered with strong experience)
- Solid knowledge of skin treatments and client care
- Confidence in consultations and treatment recommendations
- Professional communication and presentation

And you'll need to be comfortable on camera — talking to educate our audience is a genuine, 100% non-negotiable part of this role. Editing skills are a bonus, but not essential.

The Shifts

This is a casual position to start, with real room to grow. Core shifts:

- Wednesday 12pm – 8pm
- Thursday 4pm – 8pm (this can increase as soon as demand is met)
- Saturday 9am – 4pm the more established you become with our clients, the more consistent (and plentiful) your hours will be.

This is a growth opportunity with no ceiling — not a fixed part-time role you'll outgrow in six months. Hours can absolutely grow as you grow and as the business grows, with genuine potential for permanent part-time or full-time down the track.
