The project:

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

Shapes project design strategy, planning, and delivery to meet agreed time, quality and budget targets.

Leads and coordinates internal and external design teams, ensuring clear deliverables and effective resource allocation.

Manages consultant appointments, senior stakeholder engagement, and client relationships across all workstreams.

Provides leadership on design governance, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Oversees day‑to‑day design management operations and supports business development activities.

Champions best practice, training, and net‑zero carbon principles throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll need to have:

Manage engineering frameworks and client‑side assurance during construction.

Lead delivery of EM services and execution planning.

Drive and guide multidisciplinary technical design teams.





Bring strong aviation programme experience and major programme leadership.
