Ingenia Communities Group at Chelsea Rental site is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep the park looking beautiful and welcoming for residents and guests. Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll handle outdoor maintenance, repairs, and safe work practices.

You’ll mow, prune, plant, manage contractor work, monitor budgets, perform WHS checks, and assist residents with queries while delivering high standards in a friendly, team-first setting.
