The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global leader in intralogistics who are looking for an Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across their portfolio of AS/RS & Automated Warehousing solutions.

n

This is a capital sales role, focused on identifying, developing and winning market share across warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain environments.

n

You will work with customers to understand their operational challenges and develop solutions around Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) and related warehouse automation solutions.

n

This isn't a transactional sales role. You'll be involved in consultative sales cycles that can involve multiple stakeholders, significant capital investment and technical solutions.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across your defined territory
n
- Identify and develop new opportunities
n
- Build relationships with warehouse, operations, engineering and supply chain leaders
n
- Lead complex, consultative sales processes from initial opportunity through to contract signing
n
- Develop business cases around productivity, space utilisation, labour and throughput
n
- Coordinate with internal engineering, project and technical teams to develop solutions
n
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers and senior stakeholders
n
- Monitor market activity, competitors and emerging trends in the industry
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're interested in people who understand capital equipment sales and B2B selling in automation or warehousing environments.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience selling capital equipment, automation or engineered solutions
n
- Experience in warehouse / industrial automation, intralogistics, material handling or logistics highly regarded
n
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
n
- Commercial confidence in selling high-value, premium solutions
n
- Strong presentation,



negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- A consultative, solution-led approach
n
- The drive and resilience required to develop opportunities and close deals across multiple sales cycles
n

We are looking for a technically-minder hunter.

n

You don't need to be an engineer. More importantly, you need to be commercially driven, technically curious and comfortable sitting across the table from senior operational and engineering stakeholders to understand a problem and build a compelling solution.

n

Salary: Competitive Base + Superannuation, Company Car & Bonus (circa $200,000 OTE)
