About the role

I need a room where the grown-ups work together.

As Room Leader , you will guide learning, routines, safety, familycommunicationand educator support so children's days feel calm and connected.

Whatyou'llbring

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.

- Experience leading a room or team.

- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF,



childsafetyand inclusive practice.

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

- Leadership,mentoringand communication skills.

- Confidence managing room priorities,familiesand quality expectations.

- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
