The Tile Collective is an industry leader in top quality tiles and tiling products who are known for quality, customer service and value. We have recently opened a brand current showroom in Burleigh Heads and are looking for Sales Assistants and an Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant team!

Role
n
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Retail Showroom, assisting our customers with their selection of Tiles.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Preparation and follow up of quotes and sales orders with customers and clients
n
- Inventory management
n
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns
n
- Work with the team to ensure KPI targets are met
n
- Assist with the organisation and cleanliness of the store
n
n
You
n
To be successful in the role you will have the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
n
n
- Prior experience in a Retail Showroom (strong customer service experience is acceptable in lieu of specific showroom experience)
n
- Strong work ethic - punctual and reliable
n
- Eye for detail
n
- Positive Attitude
n
- Ability to work in a team environment
n
- Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
n
- Experience preferred in selling flooring or other relatable building products, and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.
n
- Forklift ticket or willingness to get forklift ticket highly regarded but not essential to assist with organisation of storage room
n
- Permanent residency status is required for this position.
n
n
