An Australian-based community headquartered on the Gold Coast, designed by and for women in ecommerce. We provide coaching programs, events, retreats, and conferences to empower female entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Our founder

Lisa Jones, a multi-million-dollar brand owner, created SHE-com to support the rapidly growing wave of female-led ecommerce businesses across Australia. Seeing their potential and the lack of tailored resources, Lisa built a space to empower these women to succeed.

About the role:

You are a conversion-obsessed expert with a sharp eye for UX and website experience. You’ve spent the last 3+ years deep in the trenches of successful ecommerce brands, running audits, optimising product pages, improving user flows, and lifting conversion rates. You don’t just know what a good site looks like—you know why it converts.

You understand mobile-first behaviour. You can spot the leaks in a funnel in minutes. You’ve worked with heatmaps, scroll tracking, and A/B tests. You know how to turn customer confusion into clarity with better copy, smarter layouts, and intentional design.

You’re also confident on camera. Whether reviewing websites live, delivering content modules,



or jumping on stories to break down CRO tips, you love sharing your knowledge. You’re excited to become one of the faces of SHE-com’s coaching team.

Most importantly, you genuinely care about helping female founders succeed. You’re energised by their wins and passionate about turning traffic into tangible results.

The opportunity:

This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes optimisation role. You’ll be leading SHE-com’s website and CRO coaching. You’ll guide members through audits, host coaching calls, provide feedback in real-time, and show up as one of our social media experts.

If you’ve spent years lifting conversion rates for ecommerce brands and you’re ready to use that expertise to help hundreds of women build better websites, this is your moment.

What you'll do:

- Website Audits: Run detailed CRO audits for member websites, identifying conversion blockers and giving clear, actionable feedback
- Coaching Calls: Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on improving UX, CX, navigation, design, copy, and conversion
- Live Training: Host regular sessions on conversion strategies, website best practices, and optimisation frameworks
- On-Camera Content: Appear on camera across social platforms and inside our programs as a trusted face of website optimisation
- CX & UX Coaching: Help members understand their customer’s journey and make strategic site improvements
- Funnel Fixes: Teach members how to improve collection pages, product pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences
- Copy & Layout Guidance: Give practical, easy-to-implement suggestions that make immediate impact
- Resource Creation: Contribute templates, checklists, and guides that help members implement CRO techniques fast

What we're looking for:

- Ecommerce Experience: At least 3 years working in UX, CRO, or website optimisation for product-based ecommerce brands
- Conversion Expertise: Deep knowledge of funnel behaviour, mobile UX, on-page layout strategy, and site performance metrics
- Auditing Skills: You can identify CRO issues in minutes and explain the fixes clearly and simply
- On-Camera Confidence: You’re ready to show up regularly across SHE-com content, confidently sharing your expertise
- Teaching Ability: You can simplify CRO concepts for beginner and intermediate ecommerce founders
- Tools Proficiency: Familiar with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, page builders, and basic split testing
- Mission-Driven: You care about supporting women to grow their brands and see measurable progress
- Full-Time Role: This is a full-time, salaried position
