Blackburn Kia, Nissan & GWM is seeking an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager in Melbourne to lead our dealership's finance operations. The role rewards performance with an OTE of $150k plus, including salary, car or allowance, superannuation and commissions.

You will work with the sales team to structure deals, approve credit, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
