Working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

n

- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Providing quotes, product information, lead times and order updates
n
- Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met
n
- Coordinating customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
n
- Processing credit claims in line with company policy
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
n
- Building robust relationships with customers through outstanding service
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a positive team environment
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or internal sales
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Previous experience in the Aluminium Door & Window industry would be preferred
n
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
n
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
