Aruma is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement person-centred behaviour support plans for individuals with disabilities. You will work with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, inclusion and dignity.

You will travel to Aruma sites every six weeks for face-to-face team meetings at Burleigh, Loganholme and Windsor while supporting ethical practices and evidence-based interventions.
