McDonald’s Australia is seeking an Employee Relations Partner - Workplace Investigations on a fixed-term basis until October 2027. The role sits in our Global Labor and Employment Team, partnering with Legal, HR and Operations across Australia and Recent Zealand to conduct investigations of workplace misconduct.
You will lead interviews, data review and reporting, while supporting senior investigators on complex cases and contributing to culture change across the business.
