Therapy Right is a up-to-date, growing allied health practice in South Australia. We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team as a community-based contractor. This is a role designed around clinical freedom, flexibility and earning potential, without the need to build your own private practice from scratch.

Our 60% billing split currently equates to approximately $116+ per clinical hour.

Work a few hours alongside another role, build a substantial caseload, or anything in between. You control your diary, working days and hours.

We'll work with you to establish a geographic area that suits you, rather than sending you all over Adelaide.

Less admin, more OT
n
Our technology and systems are designed to minimise paperwork, billing and other administrative tasks, so you can focus on your clients and finish work when your day is done.

Build a caseload you actually enjoy
n
We can support clinical interests across neurological rehabilitation, aged care, complex physical disability, Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology,
home modifications and community rehabilitation.
n
Autonomy without isolation
n
You're a contractor, but you're not on your own. You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team with access to peer support and clinical discussion when you need it.

The role
n
This is a mobile, community-based position supporting clients in their homes and community settings.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
- Functional Capacity Assessments
n
- Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
n
- Home modifications
n
- Functional assessment and rehabilitation
n
- Goal-directed intervention
n
- Working alongside families, support coordinators and other members of a client's support team
n
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
- Has at least 1 year of OT experience
n
- Holds current AHPRA registration
n
- Has an ABN and is comfortable working as a contractor
n
- Has a driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Has appropriate professional indemnity insurance
n
- Is confident working autonomously in the community
n
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical work
n
n
NDIS, Aged Care, adult physical, neurological or community experience is highly regarded, but we're more interested in finding the right clinician than someone who ticks every box.
