The Role:
- Greet guests with a polished, personable approach and set the tone for an exceptional experience
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, functions, and VIP bookings with confidence and efficiency
- Coordinate table allocations in collaboration with the floor team to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with grace and attention to detail
- Support front-of-house operations and assist management with admin and POS tasks
The Skills:
- Prior experience as a host or in a front-of-house role within a premium dining venue
- A qualified, confident, and engaging demeanour
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable moments
