About the Role
n
As an Installation Supervisor you will part of and leading a team based at Condell Park, NSW to install and dismantle propping and associated products on site.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Install, dismantle, and relocate United Rentals propping equipment according to specifications, drawings, and Australian Standards, ensuring all equipment is used for its intended purpose.
n
- Ensure all equipment is serviced, in working order, clean, and quality-checked before use; immediately report any concerns about product suitability or quality.
n
- Work productively within a team workplace while demonstrating and actively promoting Shore Hire's desired company culture and values.
n
- Plan and coordinate project logistics, including ensuring correct equipment quantities are available and assisting with implementation of project plans.
n
- Liaise professionally with customers and site personnel to achieve positive outcomes, while actively promoting United Rentals products and identifying sales opportunities.
n
- Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly, including Equipment Receipt Dockets and Installation Dockets; provide technical support as required.
n
- Maintain a safe work workplace, take personal responsibility for safety, wear required PPE, and comply with all Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
n
- Participate in and provide training as required, assist others when needed and undertake additional duties as requested, demonstrating commitment to company success
n

- Basic Rigging Certificate

- Advanced Rigging Certificate

- Suitable level of Fitness to carry out role

- Ability to deal with people at all levels
