We are seeking Senior Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio Developers to join a high-profile digital transformation program delivering cutting-edge, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

n

You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, collaborating with developers, solution architects, UI/UX specialists and accessibility experts to deliver robust, reusable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

n

This is a hands-on development role suited to experienced Salesforce professionals with strong Vlocity / OmniStudio capability.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and deliver Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio solutions within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
n
- Design and develop robust, reusable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
n
- Work across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
n
- Contribute to solution design, development standards and technical design reviews.
n
- Ensure solutions meet coding, governance and quality standards.
n
- Support deployments across development, test and production environments.
n
- Develop and maintain integrations using technologies such as REST APIs and Platform Events.
n
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
n




- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and daily Scrum activities.
n
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UI/UX and accessibility specialists.
n
- Share knowledge and contribute to building the technical capability of the wider team.
n
- Provide technical guidance and promote best-practice Salesforce Vlocity development.
n

To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience in:

n

n
- Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio, specifically Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
n
- Object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.
n
- Building and working with integrations, including REST APIs and Platform Events.
n
- Source control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.
n
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.
n
- Working in Agile development environments and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
n

n

Experience or an interest in accessible design and development will be highly regarded.

n

n
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
n
- Experience with Jira, VS Code and DevOps practices.
n
- Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
n
- Demonstrable experience with AI agentic coding.
