Job Description

Creating Links (NSW) Ltd is seeking a Carer Support Worker to join the Permanency Support Program. You will develop, support and supervise foster carers, ensuring they meet children's diverse needs and feel supported in their roles.

You will provide supervision and coaching, deliver training, conduct assessments, and support carers through transitions, while maintaining compliance with safeguarding obligations and collaborating with key stakeholders.
