An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio. Working within a professional property environment, you will take ownership of asset performance, tenant relationships, financial management, and day-to-day property operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful management and growth of commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of property operations and service delivery.

Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Oversee leasing administration and support leasing activities, including lease renewals and negotiations.

Prepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets and financial reporting.

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance requirements.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Liaise with landlords, tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction.





Ensure accurate property records and documentation are maintained.

About you

Proven experience in commercial property management.

Comprehensive understanding of commercial leasing practices and tenant relationship management.

Strong financial management capability, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Relevant property, business, or real estate qualifications will be highly regarded.
