You're an energetic, self-starting sales or account management skilled who enjoysbuilding relationships from the ground up. You might currently be a Territory Manager,Business Development Manager, National Account Executive or already working in a KeyAccount role. What matters most isn't your current title, but your curiosity, resilience andconfidence to build relationships and create commercial opportunities.

Required experience and ability:

n
- Sales or account management experience within FMCG, with exposure to managing customer relationships and growing commercial opportunities.
n
- A sound understanding of FMCG account management fundamentals, including ranging, promotional activity, margin and category principles. Independent Groceryexperience is advantageous but not essential.
n
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable initiating customer conversations,
buildingrelationships and creating new commercial opportunities.
n
- A naturally energetic, curious and resilient approach, with the confidence to keeplooking for opportunities even when faced with setbacks.
n
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll your sleeves up, recognising thatsuccess in a lean business comes from supporting the wider team as much as yourown customers.
