Skills and experience:

We’d love to hear from candidates with the following skills, but we’re also happy to train the right person.

Experience in customer service or patient care.





Confident computer skills; Mac experience is a bonus.

Able to troubleshoot phones, apps, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

The ability to remain calm, organised and compassionate.

A strong commitment to confidentiality and quality service.

This is a full-time role, based our office in Hillsdale, the hours - Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm

This role cannot work from home or remotely

You must hold permanent Australian residency / citizenship or equivalent work rights to be eligible for this position.
