Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (ECT) for our Bexley centre to drive educational excellence and deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQF. You will mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice across the team.
You will lead on-floor coaching, support programming and documentation, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes while fostering a positive, cooperative work culture.
