About the Role

n

We're looking for a passionateTeam Leader to manage a Supported Independent Living (SIL) serviceson the Central Coast You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centered care that empowers clients to thrive.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
n
- Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant.
n
- Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan
n
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.
n
- Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings
n




- Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required
n
- Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.
n
- Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- 2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector
n
- Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills
n
- Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unissonvehicles.
n
- Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
n
