We are seeking an organised & proactive Administrator/Operations Officer to join our team in our Perth Branch in Forrestfield. You will be an integral part of our wheel/rim supply & repair operation.

The Opportunity

- Taking and completing Customer sales calls at Branch
n
- Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
n
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation
n
- Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
n
- Coordinate services on‐site or off‐site
n

About You - Essential
n
n
- Well-developed computer skills with appropriate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
n
- Customer service focus both internally & externally
n
- A reliable team player with proven time management & organisational skills
n
- Demostrated problem solving & data management expertise
n
- Current work rights in Australia
n
n
About You - Preferred
n
n
- Experience in adminstration within mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
n
- SAP experience or exposure
n
n
