An established automotive dealership in the Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Accountant - Team Leader to take on a key position within its accounting and administration function.

This is a full-time, onsite role suited to an experienced automotive accounting professional who enjoys remaining hands‐on while also providing direction and support to a team.

You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial processes, supporting the day‐to‐day accounting function and ensuring the team operates efficiently and consistently.
n
The successful candidate will bring strong accounting experience, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to provide practical leadership within a busy dealership setting.
n
Automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded.
Previous exposure to dealership management systems is particularly valuable.
n
This position would suit someone who understands the specialised nature of dealership accounting and can combine technical capability with a collaborative, organised and accountable approach.

The role is dealership‐based and is fully onsite, with no work‐from‐home arrangement.
