Job Description

Capital Executive Search's client seeks a Commercial Manager for Energy & PPA to drive greenfield data centre projects in Sydney, shaping energy procurement and PPA strategy.

You will lead commercial negotiations, build financial models and investment papers for IC approval, and collaborate with Capital Markets, Legal and Development teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines investment analysis with commercial structuring and requires experience across energy markets.
