We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering fast track projects and maintenance contracts to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a range of new build, refurbishment, fit out and maintenance contracts.

TES Electrical is a well-known and established company in the WA Electrical industry, with over 30 years of experience in the areas of Residential, Commercial and Industrial. As the Project Manager within our Commercial sector, your role will entail:

- Managing day-to-day operational aspects delivering projects and maintenance contracts
- Preparation of scope of works, including budgets and cost plans
- Monitoring construction programmes for your projects
- Producing OH&S; plans and contract risk assessment plans
- Direct control in reporting, monitoring labour, materials, plant & equipment and direction of electrical supervisors
- Monitor and control of apprentices
- Direct sub-contractors and oversee contractual compliance
- Arranging production control reports and monitoring
- Monitor and control all budgeted project expenditures ensuring financial records for the project are maintained
- Dealing directly with client representatives - on site maintaining 'good relations'
- Attending site meetings as required.

You will be involved in all aspects of the projects and your technical background will be looked at strongly as well as your maintenance knowledge.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in similar role and be self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on level of skill and experience.





Candidates must also have a current Electrical 'A' Grade Licence.
