Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full claims lifecycle from lodgement to resolution
- Support and guide customers with empathy and professionalism
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming claims
- Review and negotiate claims to ensure fair outcomes
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following internal procedures and service standards

- Previous experience in claims or a complex customer service environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
