- Responsible for managing midmarket clients and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Market-facing role, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the insurance industry
- Extensive handover time provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role
- Utilize your expertise in insurance broking to provide tailored solutions and advice to clients




- Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure clients are receiving the most relevant and effective insurance solutions
- Act as a mentor to junior team members and assist in their career development
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand networks and promote the brand
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in insurance broking highly desirable.
