Our flagship Maroochydore store is after a genuine leader — someone who wants to own the floor, build a team customers come back for, and be backed to run the store their way.

This isn't a caretaker role and it isn't back-office. It's the biggest, busiest store in the group, and we want someone who'll set the standard on the floor, drive the numbers, and take it personally when a customer walks out without the right gear.

What you'll do

n

Lead, roster, coach and hold a team of full‐time and casual staff to a high standard.

n

Own the store's sales performance — hit and beat the targets, and know your numbers daily.

n

Deliver standout service on the floor and build loyalty with trade and business regulars.

n

Keep the store sharp: presentation, merchandising, stock accuracy,



transfers and stocktakes.

n

Run the store end to end — cash, banking, opening and closing, compliance and safety.

n

Spot local trade and B2B opportunities and hand them to our commercial team to close.

n

Work in with the Area Manager and the other store managers on group initiatives.

Who we're after

n

3+ years managing a retail store — workwear, safety, footwear, hardware or trade supplies is ideal.

n

A real leader who can build, motivate and hold a team accountable.

n

A track record of hitting sales targets and lifting store performance.

n

Comfortable with retail POS and stock systems (Retail Express is a plus).

n

A genuine interest in workwear and looking after tradies — or the drive to learn it fast.

n

Available for a weekend rotation (Saturdays and Sundays).
