The Role:

- Hands on leadership of a team of 50+ with a strong ability to create a wonderful team culture
- Proven ability to work alongside the team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times and encourage repeat visitation
- Genuine desire to ensure team development through on the job training
- Experience in collaborating with various departments of the establishment to ensure incredible guest experience including sales and marketing and back of house operations
- Excellent communication with all key stakeholders
- Exceptional financial acumen with proven success in managing multi departmental outlets

The Candidate:

- Experience in a similar role ideally in a hotel or large multi departmental environment




- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Creative approach to improve efficiencies and processes
- Experience in developing future Business strategies
- Excellent wine knowledge
- Availability across weekend and public holidays
- A genuine desire to motivate others and create a fun working environment
- Team-oriented approach with no ego essential
- Full Australian Working Rights and an Approved Managers Licence.
