Nice Builds is currently hiring a Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in Brisbane. This is a full-time role with a focus on general maintenance and a variety of carpentry tasks across both the Northside and Southside. - Carry out general maintenance and carpentry work across residential and commercial properties

- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
n
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building codes
n
- Work independently and collaboratively with the wider construction team
n
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
n

Requirements
n
n
- Certificate II in Carpentry (or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in carpentry and building maintenance
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
n
- Own basic carpentry tools
n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
n
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Brisbane
n
