Job Description

ATSICHS Brisbane is hiring for a Family Wellbeing Services role. The position involves culturally secure case management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, delivering holistic support and coordinated care with multiple service providers.

You will conduct home visits, use motivational interviewing, document from the client perspective, and ensure accessibility and safety for vulnerable clients across the Logan/Brisbane region.
