About the Role

This is a fast-paced coordination role responsible for scheduling client sites allocations to field Technicians across Southeast Queensland.

You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management — ensuring work is booked efficiently, technicians are utilised effectively, and service commitments are met.

This role requires strong organisation and planning, time management with the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling the daily, weekly and monthly job bookings & allocations for field Technicians
- Coordinating site visits across SEQ to maximise efficiency and workflow
- Assist with managing urgent and reactive job requests
- Liaising with clients to confirm bookings and job details




- Monitoring technician availability, leave and workload capacity
- Updating internal systems with accurate scheduling information
- Supporting smooth communication between office staff, workshop and the field team
- Assisting with customer service as required
- Assisting with general administrative coordination as required

This role is a critical operational function that keeps the business running smoothly.

About You

- Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or workforce planning
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can manage client expectations
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using job management systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused
- Experience within trades, construction, maintenance, lifting or industrial services will be highly regarded — but not essential.
